Don't know what to wear?!
We got you covered down to the socks! Whether it's your first time in a pole dancing class and don't know what to wear or if you left work late and can't go home and change, we have a variety of studio tanks and shorts for purchase! We even have high quality pole wear to choose from courtesy of our amazing partners at Artista Active Wear! Whatever the case -- attire should not be the reason you miss class today!
Studio Policies Regarding Attendance:
1. Pre-Registration is REQUIRED, due to the type of fitness we do and the equipment that is required we need to know in advance how many will be in attendance so that we can properly prepare. In addition, we require that all classes be paid for at the time of registration. We do not accept cash payments in the studio.
2. We keep our classes small and do not overcrowd the facility, if you do not pre-register for class you may not be permitted to stay.
3. For safety reasons in any structured class we require that you follow the instructors directions and do not instruct other students. If you are seeking 'free time' please register for the open pole class.
4. Unless otherwise noted:: please wear shorts, tank, and bring long socks and or knee pads. Heels are not required unless noted on the schedule. If you bring heels they MUST be dance heels as other shoes will scuff the floors. Mighty Grip Knee pads, ankle protectors, gloves, and grip aid are available for purchase in the studio.
Mind Body & Pole Fitness offers a variety of progressive pole fitness classes and workshops for all levels. We know how it feels to be tired of overwhelming gym equipment, awkward stares, and a boring workout regimen so we created a place where you can DANCE IT OUT! We have taken the 'not today' out of fitness and replaced it with a routine you will love! We are conveniently open 7 days a week with evening and weekend hours to accommodate even the busiest women!
We are proud to be the only studio in Tarrant County to offer Aerial fitness. We understand that in order to truly reach your full pole-tential you need a diverse set of foundational classes and curriculum so when we created our classes we had each woman in mind! It doesn't matter if yo plan to drop in every now and then or if you have long-term competition goals. We got you covered.
