Small classes - We like to keep our classes small so that we can pay particular attention to each student. Smaller classes allow for a lot of one-on-one coaching and gives each student the opportunity to get the help and attention they deserve. Our goal is to make sure the tricks are learned correctly to help ensure safety protocol is in place and most importantly -- so you don't have to spend time re-learning the trick the right way! Finally, small classes allow the students to get to know one another and create friendships and bonds. AFFORDABILITY – We want to make sure that each and every woman that wants to be a part of the pole fitness community has an opportunity so we keep our prices competitive while still offering top of the line services! Our prices were carefully thought out with each student and their budgets in mind.

EDUCATION – We have all heard stories about studios that show you the trick and expect you to mock the instructor! Our studio is different, we break down each trick and teach yo the coordination and the movements in small pieces so that they are easy to understand. Teaching the tricks in this fashion allows for students to at least grasp an understanding of where their body, hands, and legs should be BEFORE attempting the trick, which in turns helps them learn the trick more quickly.​​​

ARLINGTON, TEXAS' PREMIERE POLE FITNESS STUDIO! FINALLY - A PLACE FOR WOMEN TO GO AND HAVE "ME" TIME, WORK OUT, AND LOVE IT! WE promote and encourage positive interactions between our staff and students. We have witnessed this sport forge friendships that have transferred into other connections and ventures in our students’ lives. We have lots of events and fun planned for our members and non-members (dropping in for any event or class is always welcome) promoting interaction outside of the typical class setting.  we don’t allow ourselves to get so serious that we forget the fun that pole brings to our lives! We aren’t competitive with each other. We laugh with each other and help however and wherever reasonably possible. We have purposefully designed a warm, welcoming, and familial setting for our students to enjoy and look forward to returning to again and again.

We do NOT guarantee that each student will learn each trick perfectly each time - sometimes you will, and others you will not. The most important thing we encourage students to do is the necessity to pole LIKE YOU! Each student is encouraged to learn at their own pace and not be discouraged if another student appears to be learning at a faster rate. Pole is certainly a progressive sport and only hard work and dedication will help you get where you want to be. 

JOINT PAIN IS A SERIOUS AND COMMON ISSUE FOR MANY WOMEN OF ALL AGES AND WALKS OF LIFE. WOMEN HAVE A MUCH HIGHER RISK OF DEVELOPING OSTEOPOROSIS AT SOME POINT IN THEIR LIVES THAN MEN. DEVELOPING STRONG BONES AND JOINT TISSUE, ALONG WITH INCREASING JOINT MOBILITY, HELPS SIGNIFICANTLY DECREASE THE RISK OF OSTEOPOROSIS IN WOMEN. POLE DOES NOT PUT A LARGE AMOUNT OF STRESS ON YOUR JOINTS, LIKE YOU WOULD IF YOU WERE TO RUN, JUMP ROPE, OR THE LIKE.
